Where do you deliver to?
Currently we only supply to the UK.  		 
   
     
   
How long does delivery take?
As all our products are personalised and hand-made to order, we do ask that you allow between 7 and 10 days for delivery.  Any orders paid for by cheque will not be sent until the cheque has cleared, so please take this into consideration when ordering items for specific dates.  Generally speaking the orders will be sent out within a few days.

 

  
Can the wrapper have a picture of my choice?
Yes, of course you can but please note that it is the customer's responsibility to make sure the image is free of any patent, registered design, trade mark or copy right.  Please send the picture via email as a jpg file.

 

    

 
 
Are my credit card details safe?
Yes.  We use a payment service provider, PayPal, for one of the safest means available today for ordering securely on the Internet.

 

 
Can I get a refund?
To ensure that the product meets your specifications we send you a proof for approval. Due to the fact that all our products are custom made, once the wrapper proof has been approved by you and printed, we are unable to reuse that wrapper and therefore it is non-refundable. If however we have made a mistake we WILL refund the cost.
